Refund and Returns Policy — Oryx Arms
Firearms
All firearms sales are final. Due to federal and state regulations governing firearms transfers, we do not accept returns on firearms under any circumstances once a transfer has been completed.
Accessories and Non-Firearm Products
Accessories and non-firearm products (including chokes, stocks, and gear) may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions: the item is unused and in original condition, original packaging is intact, and proof of purchase is provided.
Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage will not be accepted for return.
STE Pro Stock Systems
STE Pro adjustable stock systems are precision-fitted components. Returns are accepted within 30 days provided the stock has not been mounted, modified, or adjusted from its original factory configuration. Once fitted to a firearm, the stock is considered used and is not eligible for return.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@oryxarms.com before shipping any item. Do not ship items without prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Defective Items
Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion within 30 days of delivery. Contact us immediately upon discovering a defect.
